This book mainly deals with the struggle for freedom that Indians waged in Southeast Asia under the leadership of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It was the first time that a determined effort was made to liberate India by Indians from outside India. It was the first time that a Provisional Government of Free India was formed which conducted the campaign for our country's liberation which was recognized by other Independent Nations. After 1857 this was India's second war of Liberation waged by armed forces organized trained and commanded by Indian Officers.
